YOUR PET ARRANGEMENTS
If your pet passes away at home, contact your vet’s office as soon as possible. They can guide you through the next steps. Throughout this process, your veterinarian serves as your advocate and liaison with the cremation service, ensuring that your wishes are respected and your pet is treated with dignity. They understand the emotional difficulty of this time and are there to support you through the process.

Receiving
Once your order is placed, your pet memorial keepsake will be securely packaged and shipped to your specified address. You will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery.
Upon receiving the urn, you can transfer your pet’s cremains into the urn. If needed, your veterinary clinic may assist with this process.
